In the past twelve months a lot has changed for us. Founder and agent Robert Forbes sat down for a quick discussion about what we've been doing throughout covid, the origins of the company as well as the expansion of our brand new lettings company.
Where did the business begin?
We started as a family business in the late nineties, so just over twenty years now. It’s been mostly residential property focused in the Dublin & greater Dublin market.
What's changed in the business since COVID?
Residential Lettings and (in particular the management of rented property) has been the real areas of change. Changing regulation and restrictions on people’s movement has meant property owners and landlords need help and support more than ever. We focus on those personal relationships, so we’ve been pretty busy!
What exactly is “Forbes Lettings?”.
Forbes Lettings exists to provide the specialist focus on the lettings market our clients deserve. Forbes Lettings serves the whole of Dublin and surrounding counties, so we built the brand to reflect that while catering for the owner's needs.
What makes “Forbes Lettings” so special?
The business will never lose focus on personal client care. We have a great committed team with a number of people catering with all areas of landlords needs to ensure a life less complicated. No matter how big we grow, however, our owners will always have direct access to their own property manager ready to provide that peace of mind.
